概述
M95P32-I和M95P32-E采用意法半导体先进的专有NVM技术制造。
M95P32-I和M95P32-E是一个32 mbit SPI页EEPROM设备，组织为8192个可编程页，每个页512字节，通过具有高性能双SPI和四SPI输出的SPI总线访问。
设备提供两个额外的(标识)512字节页:
附加的状态、配置和易失性寄存器设置所需的设备配置，而安全寄存器提供有关设备状态的信息。
M95P32-I工作电压范围为1.6 ~ 3.6 V，工作环境温度范围为-40℃~ +85℃。
M95P32-I和M95P32-E提供最多512字节的字节和页面写入指令。
设备也接受页/块/扇区/芯片擦除命令来将存储器设置为擦除状态。
然后可以通过512字节的页面对内存进行快速编程，并使用带有缓冲加载指令的Page程序进行进一步优化，以隐藏SPI通信延迟。
