概述
M24512E-F是一个512 kbit I²c兼容EEPROM(电可擦可编程存储器)，组织为64k x 8位。
M24512E-F提供三个8位寄存器。
此外，M24512E-F提供了一个额外的页，命名为标识页(128字节)。
M24512E-F有标准的8引脚TSSOP8、SO8N和UFDFPN8，带WC引脚。
