概述
ST25DV04K, ST25DV16K和ST25DV64K设备是NFC RFID标签，分别提供4 Kbit, 16 Kbit和64 Kbit的电可擦除可编程存储器(EEPROM)。
在I2C模式下，ST25DV04K、ST25DV16K和ST25DV64K用户内存最多包含512字节、2048字节和8192字节，可拆分为4个灵活且可保护的区域。
在RF模式下，遵循ISO/IEC 15693或NFC论坛类型5的建议，ST25DV04K, ST25DV16K和ST25DV64K用户内存分别包含最多128块，512块和2048块4字节，可以拆分为4个灵活且可保护的区域。
ST25DV04K, ST25DV16K和ST25DV64K提供了射频和接触世界之间的快速传输模式，这要归功于256字节的易失性缓冲区(也称为邮箱)。
