概述

STM32H730xB器件基于高性能Arm

皮质

-M7 32位RISC内核，工作频率高达550mhz。

-M7内核具有支持Arm的浮点单元(FPU)

STM32H730xB设备包含高速嵌入式存储器，128 kb闪存，高达564 kb RAM(包括192 kb可以在ITCM和AXI之间共享，加上64 kb专用ITCM，加上128 kb专用AXI, 128 kb DTCM, 48 kb AHB和4 kb备份RAM)，以及广泛的增强I/ o和连接到APB总线，AHB总线的外设，
